Who we are. Orogen.Ai is a trading name of Festival 2001 Limited, registered in Scotland, company no. SC766470, registered office 23 Manor Place, Edinburgh, EH3 7DX. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@orogen.ai, or write to us at the address above.

What we collect. If you email us or book a call: your name, email address, company and anything you choose to tell us. When you visit the site: the technical data any website receives, such as your IP address and browser type, which our host uses to deliver the site securely.

Why, and our lawful basis. To reply to you and arrange calls (legitimate interests); to provide services you engage us for (contract); and to meet legal obligations. We send marketing only if you ask for it, and you can stop it at any time.

Cookies and analytics. This site does not set cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.

Who we share it with. Only suppliers who help us run the business: Google Workspace for email and calendar bookings, and Cloudflare for hosting and visitor numbers. We never sell or rent your data. Where a supplier processes data outside the UK, it does so under UK-approved safeguards.

How long we keep it. Enquiries for up to two years unless you become a client, in which case for as long as the law requires.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, or take a copy. Email hello@orogen.ai.
